The Honeymoon

After their wedding on the Texas, Captain Leno and Kamara are going to Risa for their honeymoon.
"How much longer before we arrive to Risa?" asked Kamara.
"Less than an hour. I'm so happy to be able to relax for a few days and get to spend time with you," replied Leno.
"Five days of relaxation. I'm going to love it."
Kamara and I have arrived to Risa. We have checked into the hotel.
"What do you want to do?" asked Leno.
"Let's go swimming."
Captain Leno and Kamara went down to the swimming pool located outside the lobby.
"This is the life. No worries about the ship or the Dominion!" exclaimed Kamara.
"Yes it is!"
After their long refreshing swim, Captain Leno and Kamara went to get dinner from the downstairs café.
"The food tastes great!" exclaimed Kamara.
"That's why I decided on this place. I am so tired. I'm going to fall asleep as soon as I hit the pillow."
"That shuttle ride was tiresome."
Captain Leno and Kamara returned to their room for the night.

"What do you want to do this morning?" asked Leno.
"Horseback riding."
"That sounds fun."
"What are we waiting for?"
Captain Leno and Kamara went to rent a couple of horses for the day."
"What is Commander Brooks' assignment?" asked Kamara.
"Some research mission a couple light-years away."
Captain Leno and Kamara continued riding the horses. After that, they went for a long walk on the white sandy beach near their hotel.
Just as the sun was setting, Leno became hungry.
"Do you want to get something to eat?" asked Leno.
"I would like a hot dog."
"Captain Leno went to get a couple of hot dogs and sodas.
"Here you are, dear."
"It's a shame we have to go back to work."
"We don't have to go back."
"We have to go back. You have a ship to command."
"I was only kidding."
"I know you were."
Captain Leno and Kamara finished their hot dogs and soda. They later returned to their hotel room.
Early the next morning, they rose and ate breakfast at the downstairs restaurant.
"I want to go spend the day at the beach," stated Kamara.
"Then, that is what we will do."
Captain Leno and Kamara went to their room to get their swimsuits. They sat in the sun for the rest of the day. They went to get changed for dinner. They later went to get dinner.
"We leave late tomorrow afternoon," stated Kamara.
"Back to worrying about the Dominion."
"We will have to do this again."
"We will do it right after we rid the Alpha Quadrant of the Dominion."
"I will look forward to that date."
"Mr. Leno, there is a message from the U.S.S. Texas,": stated the waiter.
"I will take it here."
"What does it say?" asked Kamara.
"The ship is been slightly delayed. They won't arrive for another 36 hours."
"We get to spend another day here."
"Do you want to go for a walk along the shore?"
"That would be nice."
Captain Leno and Kamara went for their walk. They came across a puppy.
"Where did he come from?" asked Kamara.
"I don't know. Why don't we keep him."
"Let's go see in anybody lost him."
Captain Leno carried the puppy over to the lost and found desk.
"No, sir. No one has reported losing a puppy. You may keep him if you wish to," answered the receptionist.
"We were planning on keeping him."
"What are you going to name him?" asked Kamara.
"I don't know."
A man walked in.
"Excuse me, but that is my dog."
"Jack Stmick, so this is where you retired to," stated Leno.
"Alex, I haven't seen you in a long time."
"I just got married to Kamara on the Texas."
"It was about time. I thought it would of happened a long time ago."
"I wasn't ready to carry on a relationship.
"My
dog just had puppies about 10 weeks ago and this one decided to run off. If you want it, you can have it. I was just going to sell them. We have too many pets now.
“What are you going to name
him."
"I think I'll call it Jack, after you."
"I think it fits perfectly," added Kamara.
"I have to get going," stated Jack.
“I'll see you later," stated Leno.
Captain Leno went to catch up with Kamara.
"Let's go feed him," stated Kamara.
Kamara and I have returned to the Texas. Jack likes his new home.
