The Secret Base

"Commander Brooks, sensors have located three Dominion ships," reported Lieutenant Commander Brooks.
"Red alert."
"Captain Leno is on his way."
"They will reach us in two minutes," reported Ensign Murphy.
"Status report," requested Leno.
"Sensors are picking up three Dominion ships quickly approaching," answered Jones.
Take us to the ships."
"They are 90,000 kilometers from us," reported Murphy.
"Lock weapons and fire at will."
"Shielding down to 87%," reported Jones.
"Hull breaches on Decks 3, 9, and 13," reported Ensign Wilson.
"Evacuate those decks," ordered Brooks.
"Shielding at 63% and failing," reported Jones.
"One of the ships has been destroyed," reported Brooks.
"The main Impulse Drive has been damaged," reported Murphy.
"Shielding down to 45%," reported Wilson.
"Sensors are picking up the Nebula and Mir nearby," reported Jones.
"Take us there, maximum warp."
"We will arrive in six minutes," reported Murphy.
"The Dominion ships are closely following us. Shielding down to 43%," reported Jones.
"We have lost power on Decks 6-11," reported Wilson.
"Evacuate those decks," ordered Brooks.
"We're losing main power," reported Wilson.
"Switch to backup power."
"The Nebula and Mir have begun attacking the Dominion ships." reported Jones.
"Another Dominion ship has been destroyed," reported Wilson.
"Shielding down to 11%," reported Jones.
"The last Dominion ship has been destroyed," reported Jones.
"We have damage all over the ship," reported Wilson.
"Security teams have been sent," stated Jones.
"Repairs are expected to take at least nine hours."
We were attacked by the Dominion. They inflicted minor damage to the Texas.
"Captain Brooks is hailing," reported Jones.
"I'll take it in my ready room," answered Leno.
Captain Leno went to his ready room.
"Hello, Don. Thanks for coming to our rescue."
"Anytime, Alex. I'm just we're around to help."
"We have at least nine hours of repairs."
"I'll let you get back to your ship."
"I'll see you later."
We have completed to the ship. We have been ordered to destroy a small Dominion base.
"Set a course for the base, Warp 8," ordered Leno.
"We will arrive in 13 hours," reported Murphy.
"What does the base contain?" asked Brooks.
"According to Starfleet Intelligence, it contains secret plans, a few Jem'Hadar soldiers, and some ketracel-white. They also believe its a meeting place for some top secret meetings."
"How many ships protect the base?"
"About three, however, the base has its own defensive systems."
"How large is the base?"
"About the size of a small moon."
"We should be able to find it," stated Jones.
"It took Starfleet two months to locate it," stated Leno.
We have arrived to the coordinates of the base. We have not located it yet. We will continue to scan for it.
"The base is not here," stated Jones.
"If the base has its own defensive system, it may also have a propulsion system," stated Wilson.
"Scan the area for the base. Also scan for Dominion ships," ordered Leno.
"I've found it. The base has moved to a nearly planet," reported Jones.
"Take us to it, Warp 4," ordered Leno.
"We will arrive in seven minutes," stated Murphy.
Chapter 2
"We are arriving to the base," stated Murphy.
"Sensors are locating four Dominion ships nearby," reported Jones.
"Red alert," ordered Leno.
"The base's weapons are charging up."
"Evasive maneuvers."
"The station packs a punch!" exclaimed Murphy.
"Locate the main power source," ordered Leno.
"We can't penetrate the shielding," stated Jones.
"The Dominion ships will be here in four minutes," stated Wilson.
"Shielding down to 72%," reported Jones.
"We are losing power."
"Engineering, we need more power to the shielding and weapons," ordered Leno.
"The warp core is at maximum power output," stated Lieutenant Commander Peter Hall.
"Losing power on Decks 6-11. Evacuating those decks," reported Wilson.
"Shielding at 37% and dropping," reported Jones.
"Get us out of here. We'll come up with another plan," stated Leno.
"We have cleared the base, however, the Dominion ships are still coming toward us," reported Jones.
"We are going to have to lose them," stated Leno.
"There's a large nebula cloud nearby," stated Murphy.
"It will be a rough ride," stated Wilson.
"Take us to it."
"We've lost the Dominion ships for now," stated Jones.
"Our sensors range is down to 40,000 kilometers due to the nebula," reported Wilson.
The crew gathered for a senior staff meeting.
"We need a way to destroy the base," stated Leno.
"The base has a strong shielding and defensive capability. It may take a while to weaken it," stated Jones.
"We have to weaken it, there is no other way to defeat the base,' added Brooks.
"Sensors did not locate any weak points in the shielding."
"That's the problem. The base may not have any weak points," stated Wilson.
"It does and we will find them," stated Leno.
"I will look over the sensor logs. I might of miss something," stated Jones.
"Once shielding and weapons are back on-line, we will leave this nebula. Dismissed," stated Leno.
All of the sensor stuff returned to their stations. Lieutenant Commander Jones and Captain Leno went over the sensor logs again.
"There's nothing here that will help us," stated Leno.
"We need more sensor data on it."
"Send a Class 4 probe to the base."
"We will have to leave the nebula."
"Ensign Murphy, take us out of here to 60,000 kilometers away from the base. Red alert," ordered Leno.
"We are exiting the nebula," stated Murphy.
"No sign of Dominion ships," reported Wilson.
"They're out there some where," stated Leno.
"We are at 60,000 kilometers," reported Murphy.
"Release the probe," ordered Leno.
"The base is scanning the probe," stated Jones.
"Fire phasers," ordered Leno.
"The probe has been destroyed."
"Take us to 180,000 kilometers."
"Sensors are picking up two Dominion ships," reported Murphy.
"They are in weapon range," reported Jones.
"Fire at everything that is in range."
"We have disabled one of the ships. The other is turning around," reported Jones.
"Ready torpedoes, wait until the ship is 50,000 kilometers away."
"Firing torpedoes."
"The ship has bee disabled," reported Wilson.
"Destroy it!"
"The ship has been destroyed."
"Release three more probes."
"The probes will be destroyed in 20 seconds," stated Wilson.
"I believe I have found something," stated Jones.
"What is it?" asked Leno.
"We need to concentrate on the other side of the base. The recent attacks have weaken that side, however, weapons are better on that side."
"Ensign Murphy, take us to the other side."
"The base is charging up and its position has mover almost 400 meters," reported Jones.
"Its propulsion system is getting ready," reported Brooks.
"Fire on it with all available weapons."
"The base's shielding is weaker."
"Sensors are picking up additional Dominion ships," reported Wilson.
"Do we ever get a break?" asked Brooks.
A large explosion happened outside of the ship.
"The base has been destroyed," reported Jones.
"Our work here is done. Take us out of here, Warp 9," ordered Leno.
"We will intercept the Dominion ships in two minutes," reported Murphy.
"The Dominion ships have picked up speed and will intercept in 30 seconds," stated Wilson.
"Fire at will."
"Entering weapon range. Firing phasers and torpedoes."
"We losing power on Decks 3-13," reported Wilson.
"Evacuate those decks," ordered Brooks.
"I have found an opening between the Dominion ships, however, it will be a rough ride," stated Murphy.
"Do it."
"Nearing the gap."
"All crew, we will be going past the Dominion ships in a moment, however, it will be a very rough ride," reported Leno, over the comm system.
"We're passing through the ships now," stated Murphy.
"Shielding at 41%," reported Wilson.
"Thirty more seconds. Proceeding to Warp 9.2," reported Murphy.
Lieutenant Commander Hall stepped onto the bridge.
"We can't take much more of this punishment," stated Hall.
"Ten more seconds," reported Murphy.
"Shielding at 13%," reported Wilson.
"We've cleared the ships."
"They are following at Warp 4," reported Jones.
"A fleet of Starfleet ships is nearby," stated Brooks.
"Take us to them, Warp 7," ordered Leno.
"We will arrive in 11 minutes," reported Murphy.
We have destroyed the Dominion base and have joined a small fleet of Starfleet and Klingons ships.
